Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This page explains how Zenithflowgear, a trading name of Zenith Flow Gear, handles the "sale" and "sharing" of personal information under U.S. state privacy laws, and how you can opt out. We honor these requests for every customer in the United States, wherever you live.

What "Sale" and "Sharing" Mean

• Sale means giving personal information to a third party in exchange for money or other valuable consideration.
• Sharing means giving personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, meaning ads based on your activity across different websites, even when no money changes hands.

What We Share and With Whom

We may share limited online data through advertising and analytics cookies with two parties only:

We do not share your name, email address, mailing address, or payment information for advertising.

Service Providers Are Not a Sale or Share

Some companies process data for us under contract and may not use it for their own purposes. Disclosures to them are not a sale or sharing: PayPal (payments), DigitalOcean Spaces (file and image storage), OpenAI (on-site product search), Telegram (order notifications to our staff), our email service provider, and shipping carriers USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

How to Opt Out

1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share", or complete the form below.
2. Include the email address you used when ordering, if any, so we can apply your request.
3. We confirm by email once your request has been completed.

No account is required, and we do not ask you to verify your identity to opt out. We will deny a request only if we have a good-faith, documented reason to believe it is fraudulent, and we will tell you why.

How Quickly We Act

We process opt-out requests as soon as possible and no later than 15 business days after we receive them. We also notify the parties that received your data, so they stop using it for advertising.

Authorized Agents

You may have an authorized agent submit an opt-out request for you. We may ask for a permission document signed by you that confirms the agent's authority.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Our site does not currently process Global Privacy Control signals or other browser-based opt-out preference signals. To opt out, please use the email or form options above.

After You Opt Out

We stop sharing your information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your activity on our site. We will not ask you to opt back in for at least 12 months, unless you choose to do so yourself.

Consumers Under 16

Our site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of anyone under 16 without prior opt-in consent: consumers aged 13–15 may consent for themselves, and a parent or guardian must consent for children under 13.

Sensitive Personal Information

We do not collect or use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, so a "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" link is not needed. Payment details are handled by PayPal.

Your Other Privacy Rights

Depending on your state, you may also opt out of targeted advertising and profiling, and request to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information. We respond to these requests within 45 days, and may extend once by another 45 days when needed, with notice to you. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

Appeals

If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision email or by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Appeal". We respond within 60 days and explain our decision. If you still disagree, you may contact your state Attorney General.

No Discrimination

We will never deny you products, charge you a different price, or give you a lower level of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
